Requirements & Rental Times

The New Haven Township hall is available for rental to township residents any time except when it conflicts with public meetings and elections and not between January 1 and March 31. Although anyone is welcome to attend a function held at the hall, YOU MUST BE A TOWNSHIP RESIDENT TO SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, no sponsorship of non-residents. 

Check the calendar on the homepage to see available dates.  We will try to keep it updated as we book rental dates.

The correct form must be used as linked from this website.  The Township has the right to refuse rental to those who use an incorrect form.

Hall Amenities

The hall has a maximum seating capacity of 160 persons.  It has a kitchen with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator.  There is no alcohol allowed on the premises.

Rental Fee

The hall rental & deposit fee could be forfeited all or in part, if the hall requires additional cleaning or the rentals rules are not followed.
